Covered Spaces:
Open Shed, Tailgate and Pet / Poultry Areas – Booths are rented on a daily basis at $32.50 per day. Intended for new – used merchandise.
Pet Area Booths (to sell puppies) – $125 per day. Proof of Vaccination is required. Non-Licensed sellers can sell only 1 litter per year. Puppies must be in a cage, with water and food. If the vendor doesn’t sell a puppy on the first day, the next day is free.
Poultry Area – $45.00 per day, 1 table per booth. Bring your own chair.
Garage Sale Area (Flea Shed) – Covered Booths – New & Used Merchandise Sellers.
Booths are rented on a daily basis. $32.50 per day.
Garage / Yard Sale Sellers – $ 20.00 per day
Uncovered Spaces:
Garage Sale Alley (Flea Shed) – Areas outside the building and parking lots
Spaces are rented on a daily basis: $10 per day – Bring your own chair and tent or canopy.
Hi, I’ve applied through the website for an indoor space, but haven’t heard back, yet. Are the uncovered spaces first come first serve or is preapproval required.
